The latest OxygenOS has finally made its way to both the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T which brings a slew of new features including a new launcher, better display options and a new UI launcher. The latest update which is called Beta 13 has been spotted rolling out to handsets OTA and those enrolled in the open beta track can update now.
The first thing you’ll notice is a completely redesigned app drawer which gives you some new free stuff. There’s now a do not disturb mode which stops interruptions during in-game sessions, Secure Box which is a file safe, improved touch latency, and a new option for notification denoising.
For now, Secure Box is only pin controlled, but we fully expect this to be integrated with the fingerprint scanner which will make it much more secure. This is rumored to be included in the next update, but nothing official from OnePlus as of yet.
Both OxygenOS updates can be followed below, but don’t remember to clear your cache after installing the update to avoid any nuances which causes bugs due to expired cached information.
